About

An engineering company from Târgu Mureș, Romania, that builds both software and hardware

Stunner SRL was founded in July 2015. We started with custom software, have built our own IoT platform since 2019 and added a prototyping lab because client projects required devices that did not exist.

How we got here

The first years meant software platforms for local companies: orders, inventory, integrations. We learned quickly that the most valuable projects are those where software controls something physical — a store, a building, a production line.

Since 2019 we have been developing Stunner Core, our smart-home and building-automation platform: multi-protocol gateway, telemetry, rules. It was our hardware school: we designed gateways, integrated over 100 device profiles and learned what it means to operate a fleet in the field.

Today the same team covers the whole chain. When a client needs an ordering platform with in-store kiosks, a sensor that does not exist on the market or a digitalisation project with a fixed deadline, they do not have to coordinate three suppliers.

How we work

  • A senior engineer is accountable for every projectFrom the first call to support. No “account manager” between you and the people who build.
  • AI agents in the engineering workflow, with human reviewCode generation and review, tests, documentation. Faster and more verifiable, not less accountable.
  • Deliverables you can pass onTested code, documentation, technical reports usable in acceptance procedures, assessments and funding files.
  • Intellectual property belongs to the clientCode, schematics, PCB, firmware, documentation — handed over upon full payment.
The lab

A prototyping lab, not just offices

This is where devices are born: from the schematic to the 3D-printed enclosure and the endurance test. The same place where we write the software that controls them.
