1. Introduction

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we collect on stunner.ro, for what purpose, on what legal basis and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.

The policy applies to the stunner.ro website and to your interactions with us through the contact form, the on-site assistant, email or phone.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide directly: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and content of your message, through the contact form or the on-site assistant.

• Minimal technical data needed for the operation and security of the site (IP address, browser type, server logs), kept by the hosting provider for limited periods.
• The site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party resources that identify your device. Fonts are hosted on our own server.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• To reply to your requests and send you a proposal — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To communicate with clients and perform contracts — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• For the security and proper functioning of the site — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept for the duration of the discussions and a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping (at most 2 years from the last contact if no contract is concluded). Data related to contracts and legal obligations is kept for the periods required by law. Afterwards, data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and communicate (web and email hosting, within the European Union) and with public authorities when the law requires it. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Write to us at contact@stunner.ro; we reply within the legal deadlines.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, restricted access, updates, backups) to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

We may update this policy periodically. The current version is published on this page, with the date of the last update.
