Custom software development in Romania, for companies that want a system they own
Web and mobile platforms, ERP/CRM, integrations with kiosks, payments and equipment, AI agents. Built in sprints, automatically tested, documented and handed over with all the source code.
Stunner has developed custom software since 2015 from Târgu Mureș, Romania, for SMEs, industrial companies and funded digitalisation projects in Romania and the EU. The difference from a classic agency: the same team also builds the hardware and IoT side, so equipment integrations are never “someone else's problem”.

What we have built
Bakery & retailSoftwareEU-funded
Ordering and management platform with touchscreen kiosks, for two bakery producers
Challenge
Two producers with direct retail had approved EU-funded (PNRR) digitalisation projects with a fixed deadline and dense requirements: online ordering, payments, inventory, marketing, in-store kiosks, mobile app, reporting, ERP/CRM/AI.
Solution
Web + mobile platform built by us: ordering and payments, click & collect, loyalty, inventory, integration with 55" all-in-one touchscreen kiosks, reporting modules and AI components. Staff training. Acceptance documentation as required by the programme.
Result
Both platforms delivered and accepted within the project deadline, with 4 kiosks integrated. Digital ordering and payments in stores, centralised reporting for management; all committed DESI criteria met.

PropTechSoftwareDelivered
Document-control and workflow platform for a property developer
Challenge
A mid-size property developer managed contracts, permits, work statements and correspondence in email and folders; approvals got lost and auditing was impossible.
Solution
Document management platform with a workflow engine (staged approvals, deadlines, notifications), roles and permissions (RBAC), versioning, search, audit log and integration with the existing ERP.
Result
Traceable approval flows across all the company's projects, 99.5% availability SLA, document retrieval time cut from hours to seconds.
Voucher and subscription platform for artisanal products
Challenge
An artisanal-products retailer wanted recurring sales (subscriptions) and gift vouchers, with digital marketing and reporting, within a funded digitalisation project with a fixed deadline.
Solution
Web platform with catalogue, recurring subscriptions, coded vouchers with validation, online payments, CRM and campaigns, reporting modules; delivered in two modules with staged acceptance.
Result
Platform in production, accepted on time, with the project's DESI criteria met and an independent technical report.
A typical MVP for a small company starts at a few weeks of work by a team of 2–3 engineers; a complete platform with equipment integrations takes months. After the initial call you receive a written proposal with stages and budget — fixed price for a clear scope, dedicated team billed on hours for evolving products. International clients are invoiced in EUR.
Who owns the source code?
The client, upon full payment. We hand over the code, infrastructure as code, documentation and full access. No proprietary licences.
How do you guarantee quality when using AI agents?
Agents generate and review code and write tests, but every change goes through human review and automated tests before production. A senior engineer is accountable for the result.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We run a technical assessment, decide what stays and what gets modernised, and work incrementally without stopping the business.
Do you work with companies outside Romania?
Yes, in English, remotely, invoicing in EUR. We are in the CET/EET time zone, convenient for clients across Europe, and Romania is one of Europe's established nearshore engineering hubs.
Have a project that needs both software and hardware?
Tell us in 20 minutes what you want to build. We reply within 24 hours with the next steps.
